What are the next steps of applying?

- If your interview is successful, we will send a link to our Stewarding Introduction with Broadside Training.
- Sign up to the 3-day course where you'll learn about your roles and responsbilities as a Steward.
- Once you are enrolled on the training, you will be moved to the screening stage in your application. (Please note the duration of this phase is dependant on you completing your information fully / submitting necessary documents - so keep a keen eye on your emails for what we need!)
Why do I need the Introduction?
The course will cover essential skills you will need to work effectively and professionally. This training is mandated for all Vespasian employees to keep you and the public safe.
The training will cover:
- preparing for spectator events
- assisting with the movement of spectators
- dealing with crowd issues at events
- managing and resolving conflicts
- dealing with incidents at spectator events
- supporting the work of the team and organisation
